Do you have a strong desire to make positive changes in your life but don’t know where to begin? Or maybe you are experiencing chronic stress, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling to find balance between the different aspects of your life? Working one-on-one with Dr. Tanya provides guidance, support, and accountability to help you create strategies for achieving a healthier and more balanced life. Dr. Tanya specializes in working with university students and people in their “third act of life.” Private coaching sessions are available online or in person. The length of the program and the frequency of sessions are determined at the time the coaching agreement is made.

This bespoke program is an intensive, long-term engagement that includes specific modules customized with prescriptions for potent rituals, ceremonies, rites of passage, storytelling, meditations, and guidance on daily activities. Yoga Therapy Class
Are you feeling ready to move more with greater ease? Do you experience chronic pain? Or maybe you just love a yoga class that makes you feel blissful?
Yoga therapy utilizes the principles and practices of yoga to promote health and well-being. It is particularly beneficial for many conditions that persist despite conventional medical treatment, including back pain, headaches, digestive problems, and poor sleep. Dr. Tanya teaches both private and regular group sessions that incorporate specific postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to meet your needs and health concerns. Yoga therapy is especially valuable for people living with heart disease, cancer, and other debilitating diseases.

Meditation Mentoring

Learning to meditate properly is important. Starting off on the right foot can ensure that you commit to a regular practice that you will have for life.
Dr. Tanya is an experienced meditator for over 15 years and is certified by Dr. Deepak Chopra to teach Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) and to be a mentor for those interested in developing a regular meditation practice. She helps you easily incorporate the practice of meditation into your life, in a way that works for your schedule and circumstances.
