The Pergola Method™ guides you towards understanding your specific needs and how to access the best resources for you.

The surname Pergola means a garden structure that gives climbing plants a structure, and provides support during times of growth and transformation. The elements of The Pergola Method™ are described below. The elements can be taken in modules and are intended to meet clients where they need the most guidance at the present time. The elements can be taken individually, in a group setting, and/or part of a retreat program. All of the elements in The Pergola Method™ can be adapted for a workplace setting.

Yoga Therapy Class

Are you feeling to move more, with greater ease? Do you have chronic pain? Or maybe you just love a yoga class that makes you feel blissful?

Yoga therapy utilizes the principles and practices of yoga to promote health and well-being. It is particularly appropriate for many conditions that persist despite conventional medical treatment including back pain, headaches, digestive problems and poor sleep. Dr. Tanya teaches both private and regular group sessions that include specific postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to suit your needs and health concerns. Yoga therapy is especially useful for people living with heart disease, cancer and other debilitating diseases.

Initiations - Personal Vision Quest

This is everything you can imagine it to be - a trip of a lifetime, a life-changing experience. Dr. Tanya leads you deep into the world of indigenous Maasai culture and through the breathtaking natural beauty of Tanzania, her other home.

You prepare for this truly ‘off-the-beaten path’ safari by working with Dr. Tanya to identify parts of your life you would like to change, heal from, or put more attention onto.

After you return from Africa, you can follow-up with Dr. Tanya to implement the intentions and desires that revealed themselves on this part of your journey.

The Healing Safari is hosted in collaboration with Be Part of the Journey. We curate the group for departures twice a year.
